UTILITIES: For the most part, heat and hot water are included in your rent. When you move in, you will need to call for any other utility services that you require, typically gas for the stove, electricity, phone, cable and internet access.

We will need 24 hours notice in order to provide access to the basement of your building for cable or telephone installation. We provide this access between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 noon only. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Do not make appointments for cable or phone companies to come out to the property without first making an appointment with Main Street. Any cost for unscheduled appointments will be incurred by the tenant.
