Cancellation Policy
Accepted applicants who do not execute a lease agreement with Main
Street Realty within 30 days are subject to a minimum $50 cancellation
/ processing fee. Cancellations made after July 1, 2006 are subject
to a $100 fee. Cancellations made after August 1, 2006 are subject to
a $500 fee. After the execution of a lease agreement, future tenants
who elect not to reside in the reserved apartment will be subject to
the above fees and may be held liable for additional damages due to
lost rent and marketing expenses as per the agreement and Massachusetts
Law.
Permission Statement
I give Main Street Realty permission to verify or use any information
listed in this application. I also give permission for Main Street Realty
to obtain a credit report. Misrepresentation of application data constitutes
a material breach of our lease agreement. I understand that submitting
this application does not guarantee residency in a Main Street
Realty apartment. Residency is guaranteed only subject to the terms
of an executed lease agreement.
