Stephen I. Yellin, our principal, has been in the real estate business for 25 years as an owner and developer, and practiced law prior to that. He has operated a property management company since 1987.

Susan Zappone is the current property manager for Main Street Realty. She grew up in the real estate business and continues to maintain our properties handling everything from maintenance to accounting.

Richard Brignolo is our maintenance supervisor and is the man to see if you have a maintenance issue.
